When buying apple cider vinegar, make sure that you are getting a product that has been properly fermented naturally, since some stores sell ACV in pasteurized, filtered and distilled forms. Read the label carefully.
Some people may react differently to apple cider vinegar, causing side effects from stomach upset, to dryness of the mouth and throat, to burning of the skin. Using this sparingly can keep these incidents from happening. Make sure to dilute ACV with water, as in the case of topical solutions, so that it doesn’t come off too strong to the skin.

Using Apple Cider Vinegar for Cellulite Treatment
Apple cider vinegar may be used in two ways — orally and topically. The oral method isn’t for everybody though because the sourness of the substance can taste really bad and react inside the stomach.
a.) Oral Remedy
What you will need:
- Apple cider vinegar, at least 2 tablespoons full
- A glass of water
- Honey, optional
Method: This is very easy to do every morning as part of your health maintenance. You just mix the tablespoons full of ACV to your water and drink it. If you do not like the taste, you can add a spoon of honey to sweeten it.
b.) Topical Remedy
What you will need:
- Apple cider vinegar
- Any massage oil, as long as it has natural ingredients.
Method: Mix at least 3 parts of ACV to a bottle of your massage oil and then rub away on the affected areas. Do this twice daily.
